List-Build/Add New

List-Build/Add New

The OBWIN List Build Application (OLBA) works to remove the challenge of adding any new data subject within a GDPR regulatory environment.

Data subjects are typically added for one or both of 2 reasons;

As an ‘update’ to an operational contact list – i.e. to reflect replacements after an employee at a candidate organisation has left
As an outcome of a prospect search activity – i.e. such as desk research or even high frequency/automated data mining

Through our ‘serviced’ OBWIN solutions as well as a dedicated consent acquisition team, we leverage the ‘new name’ challenge that GDPR presents.   The formative solution for clients is OLBA which may be deployed to meet single or multiple name addition sequences.  The OLBA solution is shown below;

OLBA relies on the existing provision of Privacy and Electronic Communication Regulation (PECR) as well as the anticipated ePrivacy Regulation to complete a new name acquisition. A telephony approach is the only remaining outbound channel to support the spectrum of ‘cold’ approaches – i.e. where the client business may have no former relationship with the prospect record.  Combined with a structured exchange of ‘layering’ a presentation of privacy information with a capture of consents, a telephony approach coupled to OLBA is now the only efficient, compliant and viable method of adding new records to your database.
OLBA additionally removes the compromise to operational performance in having to sequence any search and call process singularly (i.e. search and call) rather than as 2 discreet batch processes which derive significantly higher operational performance – i.e. delivering to more efficient search, search, search and call, call, call process sequences which make the activity viable.
OLBA continues to provide solutions for many key business activities in the Big-Data, Business-Intelligence, Sales and Direct Marketing verticals allowing users to build data-sets as batch processes. Using an innovative process and platform, prospect record lists are able to be uploaded to OBWIN with full compliance to data protection regulation.  Key to regulation compliance, the OBWIN platform provides a skeletal ABM framework for calling lists to be ‘batch’ on-boarded without personal data import – yet still allowing a downstream process of consent acquisition calling to occur.
