The start point is data – and how to capture, deploy and leverage data-assets sensitively whilst also responding to increasing regulation.

OBWIN enables clients to leverage data from the outset yet firmly within compliance to new regulation.  For every campaign, OBWIN works through a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and the capture of legal basis for Data Processing.  Decision making and the evidence of these processes are integrated to OBWIN to provide full Regulatory Audit as well as for exception-use – i.e. for breach or Subject Access Request (SAR).

Through an informed and blank canvas design from a team of professional regulation experts, we have integrated compliant processes that assure telephone campaigning remains a realistic option for Contract, Legitimate Interest and/or Consented data-sets irrespective whether these records are current, lapsed or future (prospect) customers.  Our unique design features 2 particular functionalities that are critical in ensuring campaigns take place and ‘pipeline’ revenue is assured;
